On July 15, the Northeast Asian History Foundation held the opening ceremony for the special exhibition at the Dokdo Museum Seoul. The theme of this exhibition is "Galapagos of the East Sea, Ulleungdo and Dokdo," and it is the second special exhibition to be held since the Dokdo Museum Seoul relocated to Yeongdeungpo.
President Park Jihang expressed her hope that this exhibition would provide an opportunity to reflect on the territorial sovereignty of Dokdo, which our ancestors have protected, as well as its biodiversity and biological sovereignty.
The "Galapagos of the East Sea, Ulleungdo and Dokdo" exhibition can be viewed for free in the special exhibition hall of the Dokdo Museum Seoul from Tuesday, July 16, to Sunday, December 8.
